About the event
The Red Heeres Golf Fundraiser is an 18-hole scramble at Hickory Knoll Golf Course in Whitehall, Michigan — the same course where Red spent over 25 summers working alongside the staff and regulars who became part of his story.
All proceeds go directly toward completing Red: The Journey of Self-Discovery — a feature documentary about Jim "Red" Heeres, the Whitehall teacher who impacted generations of students over 50 years.
